The High Performance Workbench (the Workbench) provides the capability to create an endless number of bank-defined collection letters.  Letters can be developed and maintained by the Bank’s overdraft collection personnel.  A "starter kit" of pre-defined letters are provided with the Workbench that have been field tested by Haberfeld clients.  The letters series start out with a "kinder and gentler" NSF notification to overdrawn accounts and progressively become more demanding as the age of the overdraft becomes closer to charge-off.
